Pastor Bruce Dunford has been the senior pastor at First Baptist Church
since July 1993, after graduating from Northland Baptist Bible College
in Dunbar, Wisconsin. He and his wife, Debbie, have two boys, Scott
and Mike who are married and serving the Lord. Scott is a missionary
appointee with ABWE heading for East Asia and Mike is serving as youth
pastor in his church in Illinois.
Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, Caleb Roth has been a part of
First Baptist Church since 1996 when he came through the extension
ministry of Maranatha Baptist Bible College. Upon completion of course work at
Maranatha, the Roths moved to the West Bend area where Mr. Roth
continued to minister part-time at FBC in the area of music and
teaching. In 2003 he was hired full-time as part
of the ministry of the church and school. His wife April
assists him greatly in the music ministry at First Baptist Church.
They were married in 1997 and have been blessed with five children.
Pastor Earl Martin came on staff as an assistant to the pastor overseeing family ministries. He and Amy were married in 1986 and began serving the Lord in 1988 after Earl graduated from Maranatha Baptist Bible College. They have served together in various ministries, from youth pastor to evangelist to church planter over the last twenty years. The Martins have two girls, Anna and Katie. They all play instruments and sing and have recorded three CDs to date.
Maryjean Loos is the Administrator of First Baptist Child Development Center. The center includes a preschool for three and four year-olds and year-round child care. “MJ” and her husband Steve live in West Bend. They have been blessed with two sons, four daughters, and five grandchildren. Her community involvement includes the Boys and Girls Club Board of Directors and the Downtown Association. Maryjean has been a member of First Baptist Church since April of 2001. She is a certified teacher through “The Registry” of Wisconsin. She attended Carthage College in Kenosha with a major in Communications.
