Pastor Bruce Dunford has been the senior pastor at First Baptist Church since July 1993, after graduating from Northland Baptist Bible College in Dunbar, Wisconsin. He and his wife, Debbie, have two boys, who are married and serving the Lord; one, as a missionary in East Asia and another as youth pastor in his church in Illinois.

Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, Caleb Roth has been a part of First Baptist Church since 1996 when he came through the extension ministry of Maranatha Baptist Bible College. Upon completion of course work at Maranatha, the Roths moved to the West Bend area where Mr. Roth continued to minister part-time at FBC in the area of music and teaching. In 2003 he was hired full-time as part of the ministry of the church and school. His wife April assists him greatly in the music ministry at First Baptist Church. They were married in 1997 and have been blessed with five children.

Jodi Tuttle is the Administrator of First Baptist Preschool. The preschool offers a strong academic program and Christian curriculum in its 3-year-old and 4-year-old Pre-Kindergarten classes. Jodi and her husband Scott live in Jackson. They have been blessed with a daughter and a son. Jodi has been a member of First Baptist Church since November of 2000. She is a certified teacher through “The Registry” of Wisconsin. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, with majors in Human Resources Management and Marketing and a minor in Psychology.
